I use the internet to plan, research and buy items and trips for my family. My child uses it to research or look up things she is working on in class. It provides a better understanding along with graphics and activities which actually make it easier for elementary age children to learn and understand. Last night we researched info on fruit bats, without the internet she would not have been able to complete her homework. Using the internet is whole lot more fun than looking in an encyclopedia or dictionary like I use to do back the old days.
My boys use the internet for researching information for school projects. Its so much more convienient than finding research in books–books that are not always readily available. They still use books sometimes, but so much more is available to them online.
For entertainment they like to use the popular Webkinz websites. This is a kid friendly site that allows them to play games, take care of their pets, earn (fake)money to buy things for their pets etc.
Funbrain.com is another favorite of theirs.
Club penguin is a cool site it is cool becuse you get to waddle around and meet new friends. You get to get items you buy on clubpenguin. Your penguin gets to wear the items you buy. you get (fake) money by playing games. That’s what i like about this website called www.clubpenguin.com.
I think fun brain is a good website. There are a lot of good math questions that are fun.

I like kidswork because you get to draw funny things. The pinball game is fun to because you get to play pinball on the computer.
Webkinz is a cool site because it’s a safe online community. You can chat with friends, dress up your pets, and build your own house. You can earn kinzcash by playing games and selling items at the w-shop. That’s what I like about www.webkinz.com
The internt is the coolest thing I bet the person who made it is a millionaire. i think that club penguin is a cool thing for kids because your a penguin and you can do whatever you want, but say bad words and presonal things. Club penguin is awesome you can buy stuff or get stuff free. New things happen every day, it’s so exciting. This is what I think about the internt and club penguin.
This website is kind of fun and will test your brain.
I love to play toontown. It is for all ages. That’s why i like it. You get to throw pies at people!!!
The coolest thing on the internet is runescape. What you get to do is create a person like hair color, what he wears, and all that. After you create your person you go to training island which teaches you how to play the basics of the game. The game is online so you get to talk to other people online so you should not talk about your personal information like your real name your adress or phone number and other personal information. This is my warning to others before joining runescape!!!!!!!

I think neopets is a fun site because you can talk to your friends online and play with your neopet. You can buy stuff and it is really fun if you try it!!!!!!!

Club Penguin is a fun website. You get to buy clothes, and, iglos, and more! But it’s not all about buying things it’s also about haning out with friends and playing fun games. Sometimes i just explore the place and I don’t just go around buying things. I like playing in my igloo and having parties with really good friends who I can count on. You have to be careful for who you choose to be friends with becaude you never know what will happen. Club Penguin is a fun site and when you come home from school and finish your homework you can just relax and play with friends you know. I don’t go on it as much anymore but that doesn’t mean i don’t have a fun time on it. Anyway you should try it out it’s really fun!

I think runescape is a very interesting game. You get to explore diferent pleaces. You get Attack, Strength, Defence,Ranging,Prayer,Magic,Runecrafting,Construction, Hiptpoints (health),Agility,Herblore/potions,Crafting Hides and necklases, Fletching woodshop…,slayer,Hunter,Mining,smithing,fishing,cooking,firemaking,woodcutting and farming. Runescape is 75% learning. You have to earn money and divide and multiply. You must keep your password safe. You shall never!! give personal information. I have learned alot of stuff from runescape. But ALWAYS GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY!!
